The appearance, form and vitamin and mineral content of your food is maintained using this sous-vide method.
If you lovingly prepare a sea bream, you want it to be as succulent as possible when you serve it. Moisture Plus cooking mode is specially designed for this. Your fish will cook for 35 minutes at the perfect temperature of 190°C. 15 minutes into cooking, a burst of steam ensures that enough moisture is retained in the oven.
Hob with integrated extractor fan
As moist as the sea bream might have stayed in the oven, it tastes even better with a tasty herb sauce. Prepare it in the twinkling of an eye on PowerFlex induction cooking zones. No need to worry about cooking vapours: using Con@ctivity, the hob sends the settings to the extractor fan, which automatically regulates the fan setting.
